THE CHILDREN’S PLACE, INC. ANNOUNCES DATE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

 

The Children’s Place, Inc. (the “Company”) currently expects that the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2023 Annual Meeting”) will be held on May 10, 2023. The Company will announce the location, time and record date for the 2023 Annual Meeting at a later time.
